By creating an account and using Droppilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Droppilot offers monthly subscription plans (Solo, Pro, Agency). Your subscription automatically renews each month until cancelled. You will be charged on the same day each month. You can cancel anytime — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
Droppilot connects to your Shopify store and Meta Ads account to provide revenue and profit tracking. We do not store your customers' payment information. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We store only the data necessary to provide the service (orders, revenue, ad spend). You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@getdroppilot.com.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by GDPR.
Droppilot integrates with third-party services including Shopify, Meta (Facebook), Google, and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or security incidents caused by these third-party services. Your use of these services is governed by their own terms.
You are responsible for keeping your API credentials (Shopify Client ID, Client Secret, Meta Access Token) secure. Do not share these with anyone. Droppilot will never ask for your Shopify admin password.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droppilot and Smit Group d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to: data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Droppilot and Smit Group d.o.o. from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, EU.
